By accessing Forgotten Pirate Empire, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of the website immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Forgotten Pirate Empire is designed strictly for an adult audience. You must be at least 19 years of age in most Canadian provinces, or 18 years of age if accessing from Alberta, Manitoba, or Quebec, to interact with our games.

3. Nature of the Service

Our platform is a social casino offering simulated gaming for pure entertainment. All games, including Coral Corsairs and Abyssal Drop, are 100% free to play. The virtual currency, Abyssal Shards, has no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.

4. Account-Free Play

We pride ourselves on providing a frictionless experience. There are no accounts, no registrations, and no logins required. Your balance of Abyssal Shards is tied to your local browser session and will be lost if you clear your browsing data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Forgotten Pirate Empire, including game mechanics, graphics, the name Abyssal Shards, and the character Captain Aurelia, are the intellectual property of Sunken Sanctuary Entertainment ULC. They may not be reproduced without explicit permission.

6. Code of Conduct

Users are expected to interact with our platform respectfully. Any attempts to manipulate, hack, or exploit the mechanics of Abyssal Drop or Coral Corsairs will result in immediate restriction of access from our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunken Sanctuary Entertainment ULC provides Forgotten Pirate Empire 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any interruptions in service, data loss, or resetting of your Abyssal Shards balance.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your use of Forgotten Pirate Empire shall be resolved in the courts of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
