Eligibility & Age Restrictions
Access to our sunken realm is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 19 years of age in most Canadian provinces, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec, to play Coral Galleon Spin, The Maelstrom Wheel, or Captain's Barnacled Map.
The Value of Abyssal Echoes
Abyssal Echoes are a purely fictional, virtual currency designed exclusively for tracking gameplay. They hold absolutely no real-world value, cannot be purchased, cannot be sold, and can never be exchanged for cash, goods, or prizes of any kind.
No Real-Money Gambling
The Forgotten Pirate Empire is a social casino. We offer no real-money gambling. Success in our simulated games does not imply future success at real-money gambling. The platform is designed solely as an amusement.
No Accounts or Registration
Our platform requires no registration. Your session and virtual currency balance are maintained via local browser storage. Deepwater Entertainment Ltd. is not responsible for lost Abyssal Echoes due to cleared browser caches, device changes, or technical failures.

Limitation of Liability
Deepwater Entertainment Ltd. provides this service 'as is'. We accept no liability for interruptions to gameplay, loss of virtual currency, or any technical issues that occur while exploring the Forgotten Pirate Empire.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from your journey into the Forgotten Pirate Empire shall be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia.
